The Stage:The Venue's elaborate stage measures 23x17x17 ft. and is abel to comfortably accomodate up to a 12-piece orchestra. Located in an alcove directly across from the bar and at an appropriate elevation, it boasts an excellent view from every part of The Venue. Equipped with a 23-channel PA system and special effects lighting array, the stage is a premire platform for any musical or oral presentation.
The Play Room:The play room offers a pool table and an area for relaxing. It also is an integral part of any party as it is usually used for setting up a food station. It has an entry and exit towards the stage, so guests have a way out once they get their food. As an option. the pool table can always be pushed to the corner and covered. This space has also been used as a changing room for run way shows since it's exit is close to the stage.
The Bar:The Venue Bar. The lustrous granite topped bar stretches over 35ft. to face both the dance floor and seating area. On the walls behind the bar, four glass blocked windows are softly backlit by varying colored lights. The base of the bar is a collage of different quartz stones warmly illuminated by a natural hued rope light. The custom crafted stools, in both roan and sable colored cow hide, complete the warm and luxurious atmosphere offered at The Venue.
Our excellent service also extends to the bar services themselves. We offer many different packages designed to cater specifically to the needs of the event. Renters can choose from a myriad of bar services including cash bar, ticket service, ect. Bottle service is also availables to complete the VIP atmosphere that can only be attained at The Venue.
The Balconies:The Venue offers two balconies directly across each other facing the Stage and the seating area. Each of these areas can be set up as a VIP area and can acomodate parties of 45 each. As an option, one of the balconies can be used as a smoking area, since it is equipend with and exhaust.
The Dance Floor:The dance floor is directly in front of the stage illuminated by an assorment of lighting just above it. The size of the dance floor can vary depending on how furniture is arranged aroud it. It can expand to acomodate dancing for up to 100 guests. For presentations, this area can be covered with tables and chairs and later be cleared for dancing.
The Back Room:The back room is our lates addition to The Venue. This area is directly connected to the main area of the venue. This area can be used as a separate VIP area with different music, as a chaning room or for setting up a food station. This area has its own entrance and bathroom.
Multimedia:The audio and visual effects system are of the highest quality at The Venue. We are equipped with a drop down projection screen, color projector, satellite, DMX, internet uplink and a myriad of other technical supports to make your presentation and events the best possible.
Floor Seating:The Venue also provides floor seating in two areas on either end of the bar. The tables are abel to accomidate four to six guest each and can be arranged in any fashion desired. The seating consists of custom crafted granite top, high rise tables, with matching black stools. We are also able to rent smaller tables and chairs for dinners and any other event you may desire.
Prep Area:The Venue is well equipped with a prep area for catering, providing a three compartment sink, microwave, stove, and refrigeration unit. Also at their disposal is an expansive table top aea for food preperation and table settings. The Venue is also equipped with a ramp access from the rear parking lot for more efficient setup and tear down.
Staffing:At The Venue, staffing is included for any event. We provide bartenders, waitresses, security, sound personnel, cleaning crew, and management to make our event run as smooth as possible. Service is our number one aim and we strive to provide a quality of services for our clients to make their special event as memorable as possible.
